Dr. Oliver Bollmann is an advisor to executives in the automotive industry for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. He is a Senior Executive Advisor at Strategy& Germany, based in Düsseldorf. In our Operations team, his expertise lies in supply-chain production structures, mechanical engineering, manufacturing strategy, product cost optimization, restructuring, e-mobility, and innovation.
As a partner with Management Engineers from 2002 to 2013 and leader of its R&D Management practice, Oliver Bollmann helped numerous clients restructure their operations to improve production efficiency and reduce costs, while finding the right balance between fostering creativity and ensuring commercial feasibility. Before that, he worked for the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Plant and Design Technology at the Technical University of Berlin.
Oliver Bollmann earned a PhD in industrial engineering from Technical University Berlin.
