Simon Pelletier

Simon leads our FS strategy team. He is based in Sydney.

Simon has over 20 years of experience, consulting primarily to Financial Services institutions including large & small banks, general insurers, wealth & asset management and superannuation. Simon has also worked with regulators on the development and implementation of regulatory change and regulatory strategy including APRA, ACCC and APRA . He has broad corporate capabilities with a particular focus on organic and inorganic growth, operating model design and productivity. Simon has served as the lead Strategy partner for another Big4 firm for more than 5 years and prior to this was Head of Strategy and Regional Director of retail banking for Citigroup based in Sydney and Singapore.

Simon is also a non-executive director of the Rainforest Conservation Foundation.
