Salim Ghazaly
Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Salim Ghazaly is a Partner with Strategy& and leads the firm’s Government and Public Sector business in Saudi Arabia.
He specializes in large restructuring transformations, economic development zones, food security, municipalities, and public-sector governance.
By deftly combining his functional expertise with deep knowledge of the market, Salim has been instrumental in building our Public Sector business in Saudi Arabia.
In addition to his client work, he has authored the reports “Private-sector participation in the GCC: Building foundations for success” and "The rise of corporate social responsibility: A tool for sustainable development in the Middle East".
Salim initially joined the firm in 1999 as a Consultant before moving to M1 Group as the head of public policy & developmental projects in 2009. He rejoined the firm in 2011 as a Principal. Salim earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from ESIB University in Lebanon and an MBA from ESSEC University in France.
In his free time, Salim pursues his passion for off-roading and sports cars. He is also an avid skier.
