Riyadh Derouiche is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice in the Middle East.

He is a strategy consultant with over a decade of experience in the social housing space. His expertise cuts across the value chain from policy-setting and regulation to financing and construction.

Riyadh has run a wide range of projects with some of the largest government and private sector entities in the region. He has also led large-scale strategic transformation programs and influenced national policy to boost affordable housing as well as innovation and sustainability in the construction sector.

Riyadh is the author of numerous thought leadership pieces on housing policy and construction topics such as affordable housing and the modern construction value chain.

He holds an MBA from the Esade Business School at the University of Ramon Llull in Spain.
