Patrick Chlapowski

Patrick Chlapowski is a Director at Strategy& Switzerland and a member of the Automotive practice. With more than 12 years of strategy consulting and industry experience, he advises global clients within the Automotive and Industrials sectors.

His key areas of expertise include:

• Large scale international turnaround projects
• Task forces and global launch projects
• Operational excellence, productivity improvement, and lean manufacturing
• Asset footprint and distribution network
• Global supply chain planning

Prior to joining Strategy&, Patrick worked seven years for a leading technology solutions player for specialty materials, chemicals, food, and health, where he held multiple positions in operations and supply chain. He holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in microengineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), and an MBA from INSEAD.
