Nick is a Partner in Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting practice, and the market lead lead within the Australia for workers compensation /social insurance. Nick also takes carriage for digital strategy and business transformation within the health and wellbeing sector. 

Nick has over 20 years experience consulting across health and financial services assignments and has delivered large scale business change and transformation projects ensuring cost reduction, operating model change and business improvements. His expertise covers a range of engagements within Healthcare strategy, program delivery, corporate governance, strategic sourcing and business improvement.

Within Health, Nick’s primary focus is assisting the social insurance, private health insurance, aged and home care, and State and Federal Government clients who are embarking on, or running complex business transformations to realise efficiencies, optimising their processes and enhancing their digital capabilities and achieve implementation objectives.
