Mukund Rajan is a Partner at Strategy& focusing on financial services clients in the insurance, wealth, and asset management sectors. He has more than 15 years of consulting experience across Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia and the US.

Mukund`s areas of expertise include distribution strategies, helping organizations tackle customer centricity, operations effectiveness and digitization, and helping address the people challenges that financial services organizations continue to face. Prior to his role in Amsterdam, he held leadership positions within the financial services and insurance practice at Strategy& Japan.

Helping an insurer recalibrate their agency distribution model as they sought to recapture growth in a post-COVID environment
Developing a retail wealth management strategy and market entry plan for an insurer
Assessing the digital capability within an insurer, and subsequently developing a plan to tackle gaps and drive continuous improvement
Developing an operations strategy and transformation roadmap for a multinational insurer in Southeast Asia
Supporting a large, global custody services provider in digitizing their middle office operations and associated client interactions

Mukund holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors) from the University of Texas at Austin.
