Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is a Partner with Strategy& based in the Canberra office, and has spent close to 18 years with the firm. He is part of the Public Sector leadership team with expertise in developing strategies linked to organisational purpose; delivering compelling business cases to secure investment; and in ensuring large scale transformation programs are successfully delivered.

Michael has worked extensively with a range of government agencies with a focus on climate change, environment, science, trade, immigration, and border security. He also has experience across the telecommunications, construction, materials, and not for profit sectors.

Michael is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Honours) from the Australian National University.
