Melissa Rizk
Senior Fellow, Beirut
Melissa Rizk is a senior fellow with the Ideation Center at Strategy&. She has more than nine years of experience with Strategy&, focusing on the MENA region.
During her tenure with the Ideation Center, she has developed deep expertise and proprietary frameworks related to well-being and livability, social developments and impact, digital economy and emerging transformative digital solutions, and resilience. She has also supported the team in activating specific functional capabilities—behavioral economics, foresight, and systems mapping—and manages and contributes to client engagements focused on applying these capabilities.
Melissa is a co-author of numerous thought leadership reports, including:

Her previous position as a consultant with the Public Sector practice allowed her to work on multiple projects related to strategic planning, operating model design, and process development.
Melissa has a master's degree in financial economics from the American University of Beirut and has completed the Behavioral Insights and Public Policy certificate program at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
