James is a Partner in PwC’s Canberra Office, and leads the Strategy& National Security and Justice Practice.
James is focused on capabilities-driven strategy, operating model design, cost-base optimisation, and large-scale reform in the Public Sector. He has expansive and deep experience of supporting national security and policing agencies in Australia, Europe and North America – to design and implement their growth, cost reduction or change agendas. James is also a member of the Global Katzenbach Centre as an expert on culture, teaming, and the informal organisation.
James holds a PhD in Law from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Public Policy and Criminology with first class honours (university medal) at the University of New South Wales.
