James Deighton

James is a Partner who has over 25 years of consulting experience globally; where he has partnered w ith client executives to lead and implement a series of major strategy, operating model and performance transformations. Prior to joining PwC in 2021, as one of the founding members of its Enterprise Transformation practice, James was with McKinsey & Co and advised and served clients across a range of industries, including industrial product manufacturing, oil & gas, chemicals, explosives, financial services. 

His areas of expertise include: transformation, business strategy, turnaround strategy, change management, leadership and performance improvement. 

James has been seconded into senior executive roles (for ~12 months each), where he has led major change efforts from within. This hands-on experience positions him to effectively support executive teams to make the changes to their own attitudes and behaviors that enable them to drive change throughout the organisation
