Partner, Strategy& Middle East
Jad El Mir is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice in the Middle East.
He advises telecom operators and digital players on large strategic and transformation projects across their full business value chain.
Jad focuses on B2C customer-facing commercial strategies and business transformations, telecom-/media and entertainment convergence, regulatory strategies and lobbying management, operating model development, and large-scale program management. He has also formulated market-entry strategies, and supported successful greenfield and brownfield launches of mobile operators in the region.
In addition to his client work, Jad has co-authored several reports, including “Skin in the game: How telecom operators can win with gaming,” “Connecting the world: Ten mechanisms for global inclusion,” and “Accelerating high-speed broadband in Turkey: Foundations, barriers, and policy considerations.”
Jad holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
