Fisher Yang

Fisher Yang is an advisor to executives in financial services for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group. As a Partner of Strategy& China, based in Shanghai, he has nearly 20 years of consulting and management experience in financial services industry, with a particular focus on strategic planning and execution, business innovation, digital transformation, management transformation and other topics. He has led and involved in many strategic and transformation engagements with banks, insurers, investment companies and other financial institutions.

Before joining Strategy&, Fisher worked with serval reputable consulting firms. He also worked at the local and foreign banks, and foreign insurers, where he was responsible for strategy planning and transformation changes.

• Designed the 14^th Five Year strategy planning for a finance group in China, including digital innovation planning
• Formulated a 5-year strategic planning and implementation for a commercial bank in China
• Formulated a 3-year strategic planning for a listed bank in China
• Formulated the 14^th Five Year strategy planning for an AMC company in China
• Designed smart operation transformation planning for a listed bank in China, including smart operation platform design and implementation
• Designed long-term investment business model for a large insurer’s asset management company in China
• Formulated a 3-year strategy planning for an Internet bank in China
• Designed business model and process reengineering for a sovereign wealth fund
