Fadi Adra

Partner, Middle East

Fadi Adra is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Public Sector practice.

He has deep expertise in pensions, municipalities, labor, and social services, as well as restructuring and transformation of public-sector entities.

Fadi primarily focuses on the Abu Dhabi and UAE markets but also contributes to our business in Saudi Arabia. Most recently, he has led client assignments for:

  • the Royal Court of a GCC nation
  • a government investment and development company
  • a government restructuring committee and an agriculture and food regulatory agency
  • public- and private-sector education services organizations

In addition to his client work, he has authored multiple reports, including From traditional to impact philanthropy: Creating a legacy for GCC family businesses, Safeguarding GCC consumers: How GCC countries can modernize their consumer protection frameworks, Safeguarding children in the GCC: A framework for the education sector, and Fit for Service government: The opportunity in the GCC’s fiscal challenge.

Fadi is a home-grown consultant. He initially joined Strategy&’s Beirut office in June 2004 and then re-joined after taking time off to earn his MBA. Prior to Strategy&, he worked as an assistant brand manager for Procter & Gamble.

Fadi holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from INSEAD.
