Diane Shaw

Diane Shaw is a Partner in the London office of Strategy& and a member of the Engineered Products and Services practice. She has wide-ranging experience across the defence sector, working at the seam between industry and the military. She is also a public and private sector expert with particular focus on large-scale transformation programmes, and has advised clients in strategy formulation, strategic procurement approaches as well as design and execution of operating models.

Diane joined Strategy& in 2007 and began working with public and private sector and defence clients specialising in acquisition, transformation, outsourcing and innovative contracting. Prior to joining the firm, she spent nearly ten years in the defence industry across a number of roles, including PPP Programme Manager and Deputy Director Business Delivery, as well as sitting on the board of the Met Office as a Non-Executive Director.

Diane also holds a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an MSc. in Pollution Control Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Contaminated Land Remediation and Assessment.
