Chris Greenwood

Chris is a Strategy& partner in our Consumer Industrial Products (CIPs) practice focused on workforce transformation and also leads our organisation design capability, both nationally and (co-leads) globally. Chris has over 20 years consulting experience working with a broad range of blue chip organisations in Australia, the UK, Europe and the USA. During this time he has worked on and led a wide range of assignments largely focused on organisation design and restructuring, organisational efficiency initiatives and workforce optimisation and transformation programmes.
