Job descriptions

Associate

Associates work closely with their team members across all stages of a project, from analysis through recommendations. Associates receive extensive training to develop analytical and core business skills.

Candidate qualifications for this role include undergraduate or advanced degrees from a top-tier university.

Senior Associate

Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of strategy-based projects to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues. Our Senior Associates manage teams and construct the analytical frameworks that result in strategic recommendations for our clients.

Candidate qualifications for this role include MBA degrees and 3+ years’ experience.

Summer Associates

Summer Associates benefit from a similar experience to that of Associates – learning at the side of industry experts while touching all aspects of a project – over the course of a summer internship.

Summer Senior Associate

Summer Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of strategy-based projects. The on-the-job training model promotes learning and avails opportunities to develop frameworks and mastermind solutions to client challenges. Summer Senior Associates generate hypotheses, structure and perform analyses, identify creative but pragmatic options, develop conclusions, make strategic recommendations, and devise plans to operationalize the agreed-upon strategy.
