Andrew McKechnie

Andrew McKechnie leads PwC’s Strategy& Deals in the UK, specialising in value creation, strategic planning and commercial due diligence in the healthcare market.

Andrew brings a deep understanding of how to generate, create and enhance value in the heavily regulated and diversified healthcare markets across the UK and Europe in particular. He has led a wide range of strategic reviews and commercial due diligences across all sub-sectors within healthcare including hospitals, care homes, clinics, dentistry, children's services and specialist care.

With over 20 years of strategy and deals experience focused on the healthcare industry and Private Equity, he also leads the firm’s Global Healthcare Deals network. Andrew joined PwC in 2001 and holds a Masters degree from the University of Bristol in Chemistry.
