Andreas Pratz is a Partner at Strategy& Switzerland, PwC’s strategy consulting business. He leads our Swiss Strategy& business and personally specializes in banking, asset management and payments.
His broad functional perspective includes growth strategies, target operating model design, operational excellence and digital transformation. Andreas serves banks, fintech and the payment industry globally, with a strong focus on Europe and the Germany-Switzerland-Austria region in particular.

Andreas Pratz combines more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, including a partner and practice leader position in the Financial Institutions Group at A.T. Kearney. Before working as a consultant, he started his career at a leading German bank. He studied Business Administration and IT at the University of Bamberg with a focus on Finance, Strategy & Controlling as well as IT and Data Management.
