Adrian Finlayson

Adrian is a founding member of S&'s Enterprise Transformation practice, based in Melbourne.

Adrian is a Partner in the Strategy& practice.  He has more than 25 years’ executive experience, both as a CEO and as a turnaround / transformation specialist and is passionate about transforming clients’ performance.

At PwC, Adrian has helped to design and implement significant operating model changes, in the health care, industrial, government and finance sectors.  Prior to joining PwC in 2021, Adrian was with McKinsey & Co and advised and served clients across a range of industries, including industrial product manufacturing, mining, chemicals, health (hospitals, aged care, and pharmaceuticals), utilities, dairy sectors, across numerous geographies, including Australia, India, Japan, South Africa and USA. His areas of expertise include: transformation, business strategy, turn-around strategy, change management, leadership and performance improvement.
